1. Flatbread - An extremely thin pizza shaped with a rolling pin. As a result the gas bubbles are forced out, causing the pizza to stay flat.
2. Cast Iron - Another thick style of pizza. Made in a cast iron pan. The pan is usually greased with lard or butter. and the edges of the crust tend to get crispy and slightly burned/caramelized.
3. Whole Wheat - Crust made with whole wheat flour. Usually thin crust.
4. Multigrain - Crust contains a mix of white flour and potentially other types of flour including whole wheat, millet, rye, spelt and wheat germ.
5. Thin crust - pizza baked with especially thin or flattened dough
